At A Regaleira, the Francesinha now has a companion crafted with precision: an artisanal beer created specially to harmonize with this unique recipe and its intensely flavored sauce.
The idea was born in the family, grew from a conversation with a brewer friend and took shape through several blind-tasted recipes. Among five proposals, one stood out almost unanimously.
The result is an exclusive beer from A Regaleira, created to balance the intensity of the Francesinha, refresh the palate and extend the dining experience.
More than just a beverage, it is an extension of the recipe itself, created with the same respect for the house’s history and Porto’s identity.
